Blog Challenge #14

What are you looking forward to?
So initially, I didn’t want to spoil the surprise of what each of my months resolutions would be, but I’m going to spill the beans on June’s for you, because I’m looking for ideas to expand on what I want to do. My idea is to focus on balance in my body; bringing everything to an equilibrium of sorts. I’ve just been feeling really off lately, more so regarding my health. I have been trying to manage my diabetes better, and eat healthier, which helped a lot in the beginning of the year, but I’m starting to get back into this slump of feeling really tired, sluggish, getting headaches, randomly nauseated, and just not having the will to do much, especially on my days off when I should be doing lots! And just to make things clear, I am not pregnant, I know that’s not a factor! So I’ve been looking into alternative therapies to try and see if they can help me out. I want to see a chiropractor, acupuncturist, maybe even a naturopath. I intend to stop drinking coffee because I think it’s why I feel nauseated, and instead drink green tea which has lots of health benefits. I want to use detoxing foot pads that my mom’s given me before, and maybe go with her to an ionic foot bath. And there’s a Pulsed Electro Magnetic therapy that she’s has been doing that I want to give a go, as it seems to have many benefits. I also have a friend who knows this man who performs some kind of miracle treatments, I have no idea what the name of it is or what he does exactly, but he’s very in tune to the human body and often just knows what to do (I met him once and he chatted a bit about how he thought he could help me, without me telling him anything about my health issues). Basically, I’m looking for as many ideas of therapies I can try within the month to get me back to myself! If you have any suggestions, pretty please leave me a comment!
